Alix Horsch

Alix brings robust business, project management and commercial experience, which includes leading and successfully delivering a complex multi-product launch roll-out in over 40 emerging markets for a global pharmaceutical company. This involved establishing robust governance structures, launch excellence processes, tools and capabilities. She also supported the subsequent divestment of the business, leading and delivering the transfer to the third party.

Alix has also supported the setup of the European-based business for a Japanese company, involving the management of the client’s first product launch in several European markets and building internal project management and launch excellence capability for future launch projects.

Her most recent experience includes supporting a global FMCG company in the delivery of their end-to-end innovation process and subsequently leading several end-to-end product innovations. She has also recently supported and coached the Asia regional brand team of a major pharmaceutical company on high-performance teamwork and AGILE-inspired practices and tools.

Before her consulting work, Alix had several roles at a major consumer healthcare company, including Brand Manager in France for two major brands and project manager in the global PMO, during which she managed several end-to-end innovation projects and a major SKU and cost rationalization project for one of its core products.

Through her diverse background, Alix has demonstrated a consistent ability to lead, influence and deliver results for clients in a highly collaborative manner. Of French and German nationality, Alix is fluently trilingual with a multi-cultural education, work-experience and ethos. She graduated from the London School of Economics in International Management and was then trained to be a leader by one of the top 10 global healthcare companies.
