Amanda Foster

Board & Senior Management

Amanda is the Office Manager at Skarbek Associates and is responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly and her colleagues have everything they need to succeed, whether working at the Head Office in Weybridge, or remotely. Amanda works with suppliers, external service providers and clients, as well as managing the Skarbek team diary and arranging and co-ordinating travel arrangements and meetings.

Amanda has worked within the call centre industry for over 15 years, with her later years focusing on Call Centre Management. She has worked in both the Financial and Government sector, as well as one of the Top 20 Pharma Companies.

Prior to joining Skarbek Associates, Amanda provided administrative and PA support to the EMEA Internal Audit Team at Astellas Pharma Europe. She is adept at organising large scale events and meetings for stakeholders and clients at all levels. Amanda’s 10 years experience of recruiting, leading and motivating large teams for Consumer Direct is a strength that enables her to roll up her sleeves and contribute to all aspects of Skarbek’s growth and development.
