Colette Marquez-Estevez

Colette has a diverse project management background which includes creating and managing a Project Management Office in Brazil for 4 years. As part of the Brazilian leadership team, Colette contributed to the building and delivery of the portfolio and the strategic change needed to double the business within 5 years. Her remit included managing a successful regional SKU rationalisation exercise and a portfolio of cost reduction projects including packaging reviews.

Colette also programme managed the global HR workstream of two large merging FMCG businesses, and she has lead capability building in the UK, Russia, Italy and South America. Her experience in the Pharmacueticals sector includes managing the international launch of respiratory products and the creation of regulatory regional hubs to advise the markets.

Colette’s last two projects involved working closely with the Brazilian laboratory that ran the blood and urine sampling for the Rio 2016 Olympics and Paralympics and the R&D project management of the complex divestment of luxury brand fragrances and cosmetics to a third party.

Through her diverse background, Colette has proven strong interpersonal, communication, change management and analytical skills with strategic thinking. Culturally aware with the ability to interact across functions, countries and at all levels of management. Colette speaks Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish and basic French.
