Strengths and Career Achievements

Currently, Gabin serves as Vice President and Director of Client Delivery. Previously, he was the Global Leader of Beauty Tech Innovation at L’Oréal, where he played a pivotal role in pioneering this new beauty category. There, he was responsible for formulating and implementing R&D strategies, as well as ensuring the successful market delivery of new products. With over 80 patents and 14 peer-reviewed scientific publications, Gabin is widely recognised as an expert in the development of innovative beauty devices, advanced formulations, and cutting-edge digital technologies.

Gabin holds a Ph.D. in Biocatalysis from the University of Technology of Compiègne and a Masters degree in Organic Chemistry from the Graduate School of Chemistry of Montpellier. He is a Chartered Chemist and a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and the American Chemical Society.
