Kerry has led businesses with a UK, EU, US (living and working there for 5 years) and global remit. She has extensive marketing and communications experience in multiple sectors, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare (including switch) and FMCG and has proven she can transfer these skills across diverse sectors from fintech to sport. Kerry has a reputation for building strong and productive relationships with strategic sponsors, commercial and charity partners.

Strengths and Career Achievements

Kerry spent over 20 years at GSK, in product marketing roles of increasing seniority and global impact including largest EU switch. For the last 8 years, as Vice President Corporate Reputation and Brand, she led the creation and embedding of the GSK brand globally and developed bespoke research to measure corporate reputation which became a company KPI. Kerry initiated and led global strategic partnerships such as London 2012 Olympics, Save The Children, Comic Relief and McLaren. She is passionate about the critical role employees play in building a company brand and ran internal engagement programmes across the global workforce of 100,000. After leaving GSK in 2021, Kerry became a Marketing Consultant working with a Private Equity group to establish Iberian fintech master company and brand from a dozen smaller Spanish and Portuguese companies. Most recently Kerry was Interim Chief Communications Officer at McLaren Racing, providing strategic counsel to the CEO and Exec on proactive and reactive communications required to mitigate risk and build company reputation.

Kerry holds a degree in Physiological Sciences from Oxford University, has been on the Board of the University of West London since 2017 and a member of the Advisory Board for Campaign for Science and Engineering for the past year.

Kerry has a ‘can-do attitude’ and a right and left brain capacity that spans ‘strategy to implementation’. She is not afraid to challenge the status quo and excels in problem solving and developing smart strategies that, by inspiring internal and external teams, turn complexity into clear, winning actions.
