She has implemented programmes in the US, China and Malaysia for the FMCG, pharmaceutical and education sectors. She has a track record of having built and managed relationships with global clients to deliver business critical solutions.

Lisa’s diverse background with extensive business knowledge as well as strong technical competencies means she is capable of marrying business acumen with technical knowledge in driving project scoping and development. Notably Lisa achieved 99.99% inventory accuracy and 100% on-shelf availability for China’s largest pharmaceuticals distributor by successfully leading and implementing their Warehouse Management System (WMS) project.
