Sanja Petric

Sanja has successfully established a Programme Excellence function from first principles in a well-known healthcare company, including the implementation of bespoke PM methodology, tools, PPM tool, tracking and reporting and team recruitment and leadership. This also included development of the agile methodology for the emerging digital portfolio, enabling the transparency and effective management of 50-70 live projects in the IT portfolio across 13 European countries and the budget of more than £100M. She also played a pivotal role in applying these PM standards and practices in the design and setup of the largest transformation programme the company has undertaken to that point.

More recently Sanja has led a Portfolio and Business Performance function in a large pharmaceutical organisation and delivered an improved business planning process, scorecard and performance reporting and KPIs for a £55M IT portfolio. She has worked with leadership teams in a Chief of Staff Role.

Over a number of years Sanja has also applied her project, programme and portfolio management skills in commercial functions, delivering successful pharma and consumer launches and change programmes involving sales force and finance transformations in large multinational organisations.

Throughout her career, Sanja has maintained a special interest and achieved success in designing and delivering high quality and bespoke project management capability building programmes and remains passionate about helping organisations in raising the maturity of the PPM capability.

Sanja is currently involved in helping clients in the pharma and FMCG sectors raise their project management competencies and skills to the level they need to achieve their ambitious goals and targets, both by designing and delivering PM education as well as recommending the optimal ways to effectively set up PM functions for success, often working hands-on on their programmes to effectively transfer the best practices, standards and tools.
