Strengths and Career Achievements

Tanguy is a senior partner at Skarbek. Prior to joining, he spent a large part of his career delivering growth as innovation and operations leader in the FMCG industry, most recently as Vice-President of R&D. He has 21-years of experience directing innovation for Procter & Gamble and Coty global businesses, involving the leadership of product development and upstream innovation for the fine fragrances, cosmetics, skin care and feminine protection categories. In addition to owning the end-to-end product design and launch for a multi-billion dollar global portfolio of brands from mass to luxury, Tanguy has led international brand expansions, integration of acquisitions and management of divestitures.

He played a key role leading the large-scale integration program of the Beauty sector’s largest ever merger between Procter & Gamble and Coty, involving significant organisation and footprint redesign, large scale recruitment and training, development of new processes and tools, and establishment of novel capabilities for acceleration of growth.

Throughout his career, Tanguy has led and been part of a large matrix of multi-functional teams and people across continents, notably for 9 years in Asia. Tanguy has a solid track record of building state of the art organisational and operational capabilities.

More recently, Tanguy brought his hands-on industry expertise at the service of businesses looking to ignite new growth, via strengthening and excellence in strategy and implementation. Tanguy is also an advisor at Board level for businesses seeking the next phase of their growth journey.
