Skarbek Associates is pleased to announce the first webinar in a three-part mini-series on ‘Leading without Direct Authority’, hosted by our CEO, Paul Heugh. The webinar will be taking place on Tuesday, 3rd November 2020 at 13:00 GMT.

Why Attend?

Our introductory 1-hour webinar will consider the challenges facing geographically dispersed organisations and the difficulty that leaders of projects face whilst navigating the veritable maze of today’s continuously changing organisations. Our experienced panelists offer their perspectives and insights, exploring key issues facing businesses today, root causes and strategies for success.

Leadership is everyone’s responsibility. In this webinar, learn how to:

  • Effectively navigate the ‘maze’ of matrix organisations with no line authority
  • Manage conflicting priorities within the workplace
  • Minimise the stress, challenges and frustrations that are rife within disjointed organisations
  • Remain agile during rapid times of change
