He has led sizeable R&D organisations across multiple geographies and markets and has successfully turned around the innovation culture and R&D organisations in a number of businesses to deliver top and bottom-line growth. Paul brings an exceptional skillset to Skarbek in building sustainable R&D organisations of the future.
