Holly is a Principal Consultant at Skarbek Associates. Previously, she spent 15 years in client-side marketing roles, most recently as Marketing Director for a scaling CBD start up, where her award-winning campaigns delivered exponential growth and significant investor interest. Holly led and grew household brands, method and Ecover, for 6 years, following which they were named no.1 and 2 most socially and environmentally responsible food & grocery brands in the UK, according to consumers. She also spent formative years honing her craft at Diageo, GSK and AkzoNobel.

Holly has built a reputation as a consumer-centric, creative and collaborative marketing leader. She also mentors young female marketers with various organisations and is an occasional panel speaker at PAGB and Campaign seminars.
