Strengths and Career Achievements

Building on more than two decades of experience with Procter & Gamble, Christi has honed a suite of hard and soft skills that have driven innovation programmes and product launches to successful conclusions on a range of leading global brands. With a substantial track record in the North America and Asia Pacific regions, her engineering background has enabled her to effectively connect market ambition with the reality of the organisation’s delivery capability. She is especially recognised for building strong cross-functional collaboration and effective senior stakeholder management.

Christi has also designed and led initiative leadership and programme management training to embed high performance teamwork in cross-functional teams and drive issues resolution.

Christi has a Chemical Engineering degree from Colorado State and a Masters in Engineering Management from University of Dayton. She is also a certified practitioner in the 6 ‘I’s of Innovation.
