Andy is highly experienced in technical project management and the implementation of change. He is passionate about the transfer of execution skills into an organisation, and ensuring they are fully embedded. He supports Skarbek’s Project Management and Transformational Change services.

Strengths and Career Achievements

Andy knows that Transformational Change is only successful when all functions are aligned, and each affected employee feels part of the change and can feel the benefits. This approach led to the successful implementation of major change initiatives during his long career at a multinational FMCG company. These change management activities included, at a local and global level, increasing project speed, risk management, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

In addition, he led innovation projects for major brands in the Personal Care and Beauty sector, working with internal workstreams and development partners across multiple geographies to deliver innovations, from design brief to full production and market launch, which helped to strongly grow the business.
