Diversify Or Die; New Skarbek White Paper On Gender Diversity In The Law
At the Global Law Summit on 23 February, Skarbek launched a White Paper on gender diversity in the law titled ‘Diversify or Die’. The paper supported a well-attended and successful panel discussion on Women in Law, co-sponsored by Skarbek and Women in Law London (WILL).
Sylvie Watts, who authored the paper and was a panel member at the session, said: ‘As the paper shows, gender diversity matters for business reasons, not political correctness. Faced with challenges from new technology, disruptive competition and demographics, law firms cannot afford to continue to waste their human capital.’
