We are already working on a number of projects in the SEA region including projects for a global healthcare company and international law firm.
We have been formally recognised by one client’s president for turning around what had been a struggling global launch of the first new product innovation for a major brand. We are now leading multiple complex global programmes to deliver new format innovations relating to one of the region’s power brands. Our programme management skills in leading global virtual innovation teams are being adopted by the client’s own project managers. This is a great example of how we can support capability building both by providing resources from our own team and leaving a legacy of enhanced effectiveness that will offer a lasting benefit to our client.
