Strengths and Career Achievements

Having lived and worked globally, Allisyn has helped multiple companies make people their source of competitive advantage through capability academies and ways of working training. She has a strong reputation for developing robust strategies that leverage today’s best practice and contemporary thinking. She led the strength platform globally for Panadol at GSK, looked after Cadbury dairy Milk globally at Cadbury Schweppes, and has successfully launched innovation in as many as 36 countries at once. Recently post Pandemic, she has helped many companies at C-suite level to develop their mission, vision and values and create compelling business plans which are fully agile and operationally robust. Prior to this Allisyn was Head of design at Sock Shop and Fresh produce buyer for Safeway.

She holds a BA (Hons) and MBA, is an agile coach, an accredited Belbin practitioner, a certified innovation leadership trainer, and accredited collaboration coach.

She believes that in today’s business environment that change is a given but soaring with your strengths is a choice.
