Belinda Dolbear

Belinda is a former senior commercial lawyer, with over 20 years extensive experience across multiple sectors. She has experience in leading international teams and providing legal support to more than 30 countries in Europe and globally.

Sector and Service Expertise

Belinda brings deep experience to M&A Integration, Transformational Change, Restructuring and Special Projects. Her experience spans various sectors, including Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and regulated multinational businesses.

Belinda has also played a key role in evolving the in-house legal function to meet evolving business needs, this includes review and re-alignment of the capabilities and geographic disposition of the legal team. Belinda is highly experienced in pan-European litigation, acquisitions, contractual and anti-trust matters, dispute resolution, risk assessment and compliance and selecting and instructing external lawyers and advisers.

Strengths and Career Achievements

Belinda Dolbear is a Principal Consultant of Skarbek Associates. Previously, she was Vice President (Legal Operations Consumer Healthcare Europe, Global Categories and JV Integration) at GlaxoSmithKline plc. There she was the legal lead for the Joint Venture of its Consumer Healthcare business with Novartis’ OTC business and was responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and anti-trust matters. She also currently holds positions as Non-Executive Director of BioMin Technologies Ltd and Executive Committee Member of Abbeyfield Pirbright and District Society.

Belinda holds a Law Degree from University College London and also studied at the College of Law, Guildford. She has a keen interest in learning and development and is accredited by the International Coach Federation, as well as being a Governor of Epsom College.
