Skarbek at INSEAD – what qualities will MBAs need to succeed?
As part of our commitment to attract and nurture top talent, Paul Heugh and Lt General Sir Graeme Lamb spoke to the 2016 class of MBA students at INSEAD’s Singapore campus. They discussed the implications of ever-growing challenges for people to thrive under conditions of uncertainty and constant change. The goal was to identify the qualities that graduates were going to need to differentiate themselves and make a difference. The talk was very well received by the students:
“I was particularly impressed by the company’s focus on Execution and Implementation of Strategies, notions we rarely hear of nowadays in traditional consulting firms.”

“Paul, your talk was very inspiring and different than many other presentations we receive here at INSEAD. So much passion and bias for action!”
