Why business needs military skills, City A.M.

George Flynn, an executive consultant with Skarbek Associates, wrote an article in City A.M. in which he was quoted as saying:

“More than ever before, we need business leaders who don’t just deal with the challenges that this landscape throws up, but anticipate and embrace them.”

He goes on to identify three critical factors significant to the military and business equally to understand organisations and to deal with challenges.
