Adept in navigating diverse global geographies, with expertise in eCommerce, she is recognised for driving growth, orchestrating transformation and fostering high-performance teams.

Strengths and Career Achievements

Toni is a senior partner at Skarbek. Previously she was Corporate Strategy Director at Reckitt, working with the Global Executive Committee in an Enterprise-wide capacity where she successfully executed complex global strategic projects across territories, navigating diverse complexity. She was instrumental in both the rapid activation of the global B2B division during Covid and prior to that, the Global eCommerce Business Unit. Toni has extensive experience in organisation design and operating model development, as well as building high performance teams.

Toni is noted for providing structure and focus in ambiguous, fast-moving and evolving environments. She is recognised as being highly pragmatic and having an ability to drive transformational change.

Toni started her career at Ernst and Young in Transactions, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Toni has a Masters in Marketing and Communications and a Bachelors in Business Administration.
