Following the recent appointment of new Senior Partner, Toni Marshall, Skarbek is delighted to announce the arrival of Gabin Vic to the Skarbek team as our new VP of Client Delivery. Gabin will be joining our management team, bringing over 25 years of experience in technical innovation, operational leadership and strategic R&D management with international FMCG companies.
As an accomplished and recognised executive, Gabin has led groundbreaking R&D initiatives from research to product development, ensuring a well-balanced and innovative product pipeline. His extensive expertise includes R&D transformation, strategy development and implementation, global portfolio management and seamless collaboration with marketing teams.
Gabin’s impressive career includes his previous role as Global Leader of Beauty Tech Innovation at L’Oréal, where he played a pivotal role in pioneering this new beauty category. With over 80 patents and 14 peer-reviewed scientific publications, Gabin is widely recognised as an expert in the development of innovative beauty devices, advanced formulations and cutting-edge digital technologies.
