Strengths and Career Achievements

Mike has spent 34 years with Pharmaceutical and FMCG companies. His responsibilities have ranged from managing the execution of the IT strategies to leading a project team responsible for the integration of a major product acquisition in Sweden. Mike has over 10 years’ experience as a member of a Northern European Leadership team. In this role he managed strategic projects across six countries varying from restructuring the region, business process redesign, product launches, office relocation and behavioural change programmes.

Mike has also assisted the European business unit of a global chemical firm to diversify and launch a new business line whilst also building its capability to undertake similar projects on its own.

Most recently Mike has led a major HR integration programme for a global pharmaceutical company overseeing the transitioning of over 15,000 employees onto HR and payroll systems as a result of a multi-billion dollar business deal.
