Suhas is a Finance and Supply Chain professional with 4 decades of diverse Finance and Supply Chain experience (Global/Regional) with Unilever across various locations including Mumbai, London and Singapore. His core expertise in Finance and Supply Chain has a strong grounding in Unilever India with several roles at the corporate, category and operating unit level. This was later supplemented with senior Supply Chain roles overseas in the UK and Singapore. He is an accomplished programme leader able to drive through complex projects whilst clearly linking strategic goals to the detailed implementation on the ground.

Suhas is a qualified Cost & Management accountant with full APICS certification. He is an accomplished Finance, Planning & Procurement professional who supports Skarbek’s Project Management, Integration and Transformation services. Strengths and Career Achievements

In his career Suhas has delivered multiple launch and re-launch projects on-time and in-full which were critical to maintaining the growth and profitability of the business. He has led the conception and implementation of several large cost reduction and margin improvement projects, creating fuel for improved pricing, support and growth of major brands. He has led several successful supply network simplification, turnaround and integration programmes. This included leading the corporate, financial & operational activities of a loss-making subsidiary of Unilever India which was acquired via the Tata Oil Mills merger. This resulted in its successful turnaround and subsequent amalgamation into the core Unilever business. Suhas is adept at creating demanding yet motivating roadmaps to competitivity and then driving initiatives to sustainable success.
