Aline is skilled in end-to-end new product development, pipeline development and technical delivery roles, also providing support to commercial production after start-up, portfolio management and product optimisation. Aline has worked in multiple countries and held senior management positions in both Procter & Gamble and SC Johnson (Lifestyle Brands). With a vast product portfolio, Aline has successfully led cross-functional teams working in innovation for different product categories, such as personal care, foods and over-the-counter medicines – with most recent experience in sustainability-focussed, high-end personal & home care product lines. As an experienced people leader, Aline is always fostering collaboration between teams and driving projects to success.

Aline is a Chemical Engineer by the University of Sao Paulo and holds Chartered Scientist certification by the Royal Society of Chemistry in the UK. She holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute, and a specialisation in International Business Management with the University of London.
