Strengths and Career Achievements

Ioana lead two factories: one in Romania and the other in Czechia and she owned the Global Innovation Portfolio, sitting on the Global leadership team of Fabric Care business.

As a Senior Director of the sites, she delivered top results for end-to-end operations. From the basics (safety, quality, delivery with excellence) to challenges like: 3rd party logistic integration, cost optimization and productivity increase to production capacity building and new to the world technology implementation. She achieved global best in class results in the employee engagement programme.

As Global Innovation Director, sitting on the Global Leadership Team, she built and rolled out the innovation masterplan, assuring alignment of compelling business needs and resource allocation. She led a team of project managers covering several strategic programme including new product developments and launches as well as many transformations.

Ioana is actively engaged with non-profit organizations, leading projects supporting women and girls across the world.
