Strengths and Career Achievements

General Graham spent 35 years in the British Army during which he commanded soldiers on operations across the globe including an Armoured Division in Iraq. He was latterly responsible for the education and training of officers across UK Defence and from the international community.

As the CEO of Aegis he was responsible for a $175m business employing over 3000 people in some of the most complex environments on earth. He has managed and led a business through the full M&A cycle.

He is in much demand as an Executive Coach.
