Valerie Bobillier

Valerie has successfully led end-to-end key global launches in fragrances and luxury cosmetics, built new operating models and set up transition plans in a M&A context. She is an inclusive leader and has supported many multifunctional teams, using systematic approaches to articulate common, clear goals and deliverables to then execute with excellence. Prior to Skarbek, Valerie was a launch manager for Galderma, where she facilitated the communication between markets and global business teams. She also held senior management positions in both Procter & Gamble and Coty where she was a capability leader for new product launch programs and artwork transformation. Valerie holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and has a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.
