Charles is a highly experienced management consultant, programme manager and business change advisor with over 20 years’ experience designing and implementing transformational change for global organisations.

He now focuses on strategy implementation, operations improvement and building project and programme management capabilities.

Charles brings to Skarbek’s clients his experience in pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, oil & gas, mining, manufacturing and public sectors, as well as international experience in Europe, USA, Australia and Southern Africa. Charles has led programmes and change teams for leading consulting firms and boutique transformational change consultancies and has significant stakeholder management experience at all levels.

Some of his recent projects include: leading a change programme for a global pharmaceutical organisation implementing a strategic objective across over 50 manufacturing sites worth £126m; creating a new supply chain organisation for a £1bn global manufacturing organisation; delivering a step change in capital projects implementation for a global manufacturing organisation; designing and implementing a performance management system for an oil and gas major; advising leading mining and oil & gas companies on leadership.

Before his consulting career, Charles was a General Manager for the largest manufacturing and distribution operation of a FTSE 100 building materials supplier.

He has a B.Sc.(Eng.) from Imperial College and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
