Strengths and Career Achievements

Prior to joining Skarbek Associates, Maurice held a senior management position at a beauty service provider where he was responsible for the delivery of full category launches for their strategic clients resulting in significant year on year growth. Additionally, he led training and development globally, step changing the organisation’s expertise and owned the growth of a productive business culture across Europe improving communication, innovation, and staff retention.

Maurice has also held senior positions in Proctor & Gamble and Coty where he was responsible for the end-to-end packaging development for some of their most prestigious brands. His innovation capabilities were instrumental to the development and integration of their PLM (Product Life-cycle Management) platforms, as well as new system approaches using digital technologies.
